Benji is a striking 7-year-old, 13.3 hand palomino pony cross gelding that I bought from Buckeye Acre Farms in Millersburg, Ohio a year ago. He is not only a standout in appearance but has been professionally trained. He is sure footed and sound and makes for a very comfortable ride. He loads in and out of a trailer with ease. He stands with patience for the farrier and is great with all four feet. His athletic ability and professional training in the Clinton Anderson Academy horse program is complemented by his ability to perform fun tricks, such as lying down on command and standing on a pedestal. In June and July 2024, Benji became a Academy Horse when a Clinton Anderson Ambassador trained him for 8 weeks through the entire Fundamental Level of the Method. Intermediate Rider Recommended. Dales Pony colt, Huckleberry, for sale. Blue roan, purebred weanling foaled May 25, 2024. He will mature at about 14 hands. Dales are docile and easy to train to ride, drive and jump and can be shown as large pony or horse. Sire (imported) Roandale Ragged Robin; dam Cascadiadales Berry Blossom. Pony is presently with his dam in Port Townsend, WA and can be seen there. He will be gelded before he goes to his new home. He halters and leads and we are working on tying and picking up feet willingly for the farrier. He is friendly and comes to the gate for rubs and scratches first thing. He doesn't kick and isn't pushy but does like to nibble so I wear a down jacket to the barn! I can provide photos of Huck and his dam.
